Lumino Studios offers a wide range of professional photography equipment for rent, including strobe lighting systems (Profoto, Bowens), continuous LED lighting, various light modifiers (softboxes, umbrellas, reflectors), cameras (Canon, Nikon), lenses, tripods, backdrops (paper, muslin, canvas), and grip equipment. If you need specific equipment not listed, please contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled rental time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours prior to the rental time will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the rental time are non-refundable. While we encourage creativity, certain activities are restricted within our studios. We do not allow any activities that are illegal, dangerous, or that could damage the studio or its equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of flammable materials, pyrotechnics without prior authorization, and activities that violate local laws or regulations. Yes, Lumino Studios offers limited on-site parking for clients. Parking availability may vary depending on the time of day and studio occupancy. We recommend contacting us in advance to reserve a parking spot. In addition to on-site parking, there are several public parking garages and street parking options available in the surrounding West Loop area.
